All course fees and costs will be effective from January 2009 until further notice.

Course fees: $6000.00

Intake: January & July each year

Registration Fee

A registration fee of $120.00 is payable at your interview with the Principal as an acceptance of the course. This is an administration fee which is not refundable in the event of withdrawal from the course.

Refunds

Under the Education Amendment Act 1998 any student who withdraws from the course within 7 days after the 1st day of the course will receive a full refund. If the student withdraws after the 8 days into the course the Director reserves the right to negotiate a refund depending on the circumstances of the student.

Student Protection Policy

In the event of the NZ Institute of Electrolysis & Beauty Therapy Ltd being unable to continue to provide training to the student due to financial insolvency funds are held in a Trust Account at Public Trust to pay all students the unused portion of the fees for the current tuition year.

Payment Plan

Fees may be paid in full on the first day or may be paid by instalments refer to Payment Plan.

Final Enrolment

Final enrolment day is seven days before the course commences.

Course Related Costs

Course related costs of $850.00 to cover Uniform, text Books and course kits is payable  by the 1st of the month following the commencement of your course. This will be outlined at the interview.

Exam Fees

The internal exam is included in the course fees. The International exams fees are set by the International Body and may vary due to the exchange rate and International market at the time. International Exam fees are currently :

    CIBTAC Aesthetic treatments       $450.00

Payment is required 2 months prior to exam date:- end of April for June exams (January intake). End of September for November exams (July Intake).

Payment for resits of international exams must be made before registration 6 weeks prior to commencement of exams.

Resit International Exams   

        CIBTAC Aesthetic Treatments    Theory            $225.00

         CIBTAC Aesthetic Treatments    Practical       $225.00

Loans & Allowances

All students are entitled to a Student Loan for Course Fees and a further loan of up to $1000.00 per year for Course Related Costs. Depending on your age and your parent’s income you can be granted a Student Allowance. Loans are also available for living costs.
